基于LXI同步触发盒的测试系统实验设计与开发

Design and Exploitation of a Test System Experiment Base on LXI Synchronous Trigger Box

  • 摘要: 该文结合测试系统集成课程教学的目标和特色,新开设一门基于LXI同步触发盒的自动化测试系统实验课。实验系统硬件主要由PC机、LXI同步触发盒及示波器等设备组成,以帮助学生了解自动化测试平台搭建和网络仪器时间同步过程。课程中,通过介绍LXI同步触发盒的工作原理及软件设计方案,结合实际操作流程及对实验结果的观察和分析,加深同学们对网络同步触发概念,体会网络仪器测试与集成测试的异同,掌握分布式测试平台的搭建和软件实现方法。

     

    Abstract: This paper combines the objectives and characteristics of theTest System Integrationcourse teaching,and newly opened an automated test system experiment course based on LXI synchronous trigger box.The experimental system hardware consists of PC,LXI synchronous trigger box,and oscilloscope to help students understand the process of automatic test platform construction and network instrument time synchronization.In the course,by introducing the working principle and software design of LXI synchronous trigger box,combined with the actual operation process and observation and analysis of experimental results,deepen the sutdents' concept of network synchronization trigger,experience the similarities and differences between network instrument test and integration test,master the construction of a distributed test platform and software implementation methods.
