鱼腥草对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果研究

Study on Antibacterial Effect of Houttuynia Cordata on Staphylococcus Aureus and Escherichia Coli

  • 摘要: 为丰富微生物学实验的教学内容,四川大学实验教学中心就如何增设“鱼腥草对细菌的抑制作用”这一实验进行了探索。分别通过直接研磨法、水提取法、有机溶剂提取法来提取鱼腥草中的有效成分;然后采用麦氏比浊法设置一系列金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的菌液浓度;采用滤纸片法观察统计鱼腥草在各种处理下对两种细菌的抑菌效果。结果表明, 有机溶剂提取法对鱼腥草抑菌成分的提取效果最好,鱼腥草浸提液对两种细菌均具备显著的抑制效果,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用强于大肠杆菌。因此,为优化教学内容及节约教学资源,在实际教学中可采取有机溶剂提取法研究鱼腥草对两种细菌的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to enrich the content of the microbiological experiment teaching, the experimental teaching center has explored how to add the experiment “the antibacterial effect of Houttuynia cordata on bacteria”. The effective bacteriostasis components of Houttuynia cordata were extracted by direct grinding, water extraction and organic solvent extraction. Then a series of concentration of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was set by McFarland’s turbidimetry. The antibacterial effect of Houttuynia cordata on two kinds of bacteria was observed by filter paper method. The results showed that the best extraction method for the effective components of Houttuynia cordata was organic solvent extraction. The extract of Houttuynia cordata had significant inhibitory effect on these two kinds of bacteria, and its bacteriostasis effect on Staphylococcus aureus was stronger than that of Escherichia coli. Therefore, in order to optimize the teaching content and save the teaching resources, the organic solvent extraction method could be used to study the inhibitory effect of Houttuynia cordata on these two kinds of bacteria in actual teaching.
