Temperature Distribution Model of Special Clothing Based on Finite Difference Method

  • 摘要: 该文针对高温专用服装设计的问题,基于热传导理论建立多层热传导模型,得到变系数抛物型偏微分方程组,使用有限差分法与遍历搜索算法对方程组求解,得到了温度分布规律。最后该文对模型进行了检验,将由热传递分析的温度分布模型求解出的皮肤表面温度结果与实际皮肤温度进行比较,发现两者曲线较为吻合,误差相对较小,所建模型较为精确。同时,对模型的优缺点进行了分析,并提出了改进方法。

     

    Abstract: Regarding the design of special clothing for high temperature, this article builds a multi-layer heat conduction model based on the heat conduction theory and obtains parametric partial differential equations with variable coefficient. The finite difference methods and the traversal search algorithm are used to solve the equations and identify the temperature distribution law. The model is then tested and proven relatively accurate. The skin surface temperature obtained by the heat transfer analysis temperature distribution model is compared with the actual skin temperature.The temperature curves are relatively consistent, with relatively small errors. The article also analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the model and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
