Design and Application of a DC Motor Control System Suitable for Hierarchical Teaching

  • 摘要: 以提高不同层次学生的综合能力为目标,针对单片机综合设计性实验,设计了基于单片机的直流电机控制系统实验项目。分别从直流电机驱动模块、显示模块、控制模块、项目应用等几方面介绍了直流电机控制系统实验项目各功能模块实现方案的多样性。实验项目综合应用多门课程的理论知识和先进技术,内容层次化、功能模块化、方案多样化,提升了不同层次学生的实践动手能力、综合设计能力和创新能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive ability of students at different levels, an experimental project of DC motor control system based on single-chip microcomputer was designed for the comprehensive design experiment of single-chip microcomputer. The diversity of the realization scheme of each functional module of the DC motor control system experimental project is introduced from the aspects of DC motor drive module, display module, control module, project application and so on. The experimental project comprehensively applies the theoretical knowledge and advanced technology of multiple courses to realize the content hierarchy, functional modularization, and diversified programs. The practical hands-on ability, comprehensive design ability and innovation ability of students at different levels have been improved, and good teaching results have been achieved.
