基于信息化背景的高校实验室危险防范机制研究

Research on the Risk Prevention Mechanism of University Laboratories Under the Background of Informatization

  • 摘要: 高校实验室存在责任细化程度不够、缺乏动态监管、安全教育效果参差不齐、安全档案管理不规范等问题。目前,高校对于实验室安全的管理研究主要集中在实验室安全操作规范与实验室安全环境建设方面,虽然抓住了实验室安全的大部分阵地,但却无法系统、规范、动态地应对日趋复杂的实验室安全环境。从大数据、智能化的信息技术出发,结合实验室安全工作的规范和经验,设计一套以“预判+处置”为主要功能的实验室危险防范系统,是对实验室安全的全环节有效管理,全面提升实验室安全管理水平、减少实验室安全隐患、高效处置实验室安全事故的有益尝试。

     

    Abstract: University laboratories face the problems such as unclear division of responsibility, lack of dynamic supervision, uneven effect of safety education, and unregulated management of safety files. At present, studies on laboratory safety of colleges and universities mainly focus on the operational norms of laboratory safety and the construction of laboratory safety environment. Though it covers the majority of laboratory safety, they cannot cope with the increasingly complex laboratory safety environment in systematical, normative and dynamic ways. With the help of information technologies such as big data and intelligence, and in combination of the norms and experience of laboratory safety work, this paper designed a laboratory risk prevention system featuring the “pre-judgment + handling” function. As an effective management way covering the whole process of laboratory safety, it is of critical importance to improve the laboratory safety management, reduce the potential risks in laboratories in an all-round way, and handle laboratory safety accidents efficiently.
