Construction and Practice of Life Sciences Ultramicro-imaging Platform

  • 摘要: 大型仪器设备是高校开展教学科研工作的重要条件保障,做好开放共享管理工作是充分发挥设备效益的有效途径。生命科学是目前较热门的研究领域之一,该领域大型仪器设备的集约化管理可实现开放共享,提高设备使用效率和效益。结合武汉大学生命科学类超微影像平台的建设经验,阐述了平台原有情况和建设背景,从设备配置、使用与管理、开放共享等方面开展了平台建设与实践,并从制度建设、技术队伍和使用效益等方面对平台的建设成效进行了总结。

     

    Abstract: Large instrument and equipment are important condition for universities to carry out teaching and scientific research. Life science is a popular research field at present. The intensive management of large equipments can realize open sharing and improve the use efficiency and benefit of equipment. Based on the construction experience of life sciences ultramicro-imaging platform of Wuhan University, this paper expounds the original situation and construction background of the platform. From the equipment configuration, use and management, open sharing and other aspects, the platform was constructed and used. Also, the effect of platform construction was summarized from the system building, technical team, benefits and other aspects.
