农学类专业遗传学实验教学模式研究

Research on Experimental Teaching Mode of Genetics in Agronomy Major

  • 摘要: 遗传学是高校生命科学类专业重要的专业基础课程,而遗传学实验是遗传学教学的重要组成部分。为提高遗传学实验教学质量,培养创新型人才,西北农林科技大学遗传学教研室经过多年的实践与探索,优化了遗传学实验教学内容和模式,完善了考核方式,重构出适合农学类专业的“三阶段、五模块、四类型”的实验教学模式,并系统总结了这种实验教学模式的构建与核心。该模式在教学中所表现出强大优势,在提升学生的综合素质、培养优秀的生命科学人才等方面取得了优异成绩,可为遗传学或其他类似课程的实验教学改革提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Genetics is an important basic course for life science majors in colleges and universities. And genetics experiment is an important part of genetics teaching. To cultivate innovative students by improving the quality of genetics experimental teaching, after years of exploration and practice, genetics teachers from Northwest A&F University has optimized the genetics experimental teaching content and mode, perfected assessment methods, proposed the experimental teaching mode of “three stages, five modules, four paradigm” suitable for agronomy majors, and systematically summarized the construction and core of this experimental teaching mode. The teaching mode has shown strong advantages in teaching and achieved outstanding results in improving the comprehensive quality of students and cultivating excellent life science talents. This paper provides a reference for experimental teaching reform of genetics or other similar courses by summarizing the teaching mode.
