Experiment and Application of Laser on Planetary Gear Test Bench

  • 摘要: 激光传感器由于其工作特点,可用于普通加速度传感器无法应用的检测环境,如何把激光传感器更好地应用于实验教学,为此课题组结合教学改革及研究生“转子动力学”“机械振动”课程实践环节的建设,设计一套针对非接触式的采集分析系统用于研究生实验。动力学课题组以传统行星齿轮试验台为研究对象,利用激光传感器对其进行实验,分析处理得到相关数据及各种趋势,实验证明了激光设备能很好地用于设备的故障诊断研究。

     

    Abstract: Due to its working characteristics, laser sensors can be used in detection environment where ordinary acceleration sensors cannot be applied. In order to better apply the laser sensor to experimental teaching, the research team designed a set of non-contact acquisition and analysis system for postgraduate experiments based on the teaching reform and the construction of the graduate student’s “Rotor Dynamics” course and “Mechanical Vibration” course. The dynamics research group takes the traditional planetary gear test bench as the research object, using laser sensors to carry out experiment on it, analyzing the relevant data and various trends, and the experiments prove that the laser equipment can be used well for equipment fault diagnosis research.
