能源动力类本科认知实训教学基地建设

Construction of Cognitive Training and Teaching Center for Undergraduates Majoring in Energy and Power Engineering

  • 摘要: 华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院实验中心引进虚拟现实(VR)技术,以及先进的认知实训教学设备,建设一个面向创新型人才培养的能源动力类本科的认知实训基地。该基地分为“VR教室”“认知设备展示区”“认知模型展示区”和“拆装实训区”4个部分,将虚拟教学、认知教学、实训教学三者相结合,利用VR技术优势,激发学习兴趣,扩展学生视野,解决传统认知实训基地授课内容不足,教学手段单一等问题。该基地已建成并投入使用,取得相应成效,为认知实训类教学实验室建设积累了一定经验。

     

    Abstract: The Experimental Center of the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology has introduced virtual reality (VR) technology and advanced cognitive training teaching equipment to build a cognitive training base for the cultivation of innovative undergraduates of energy and power engineering. The base is divided into VR classroom, cognitive equipment display area, cognitive model display area and disassembly training area. The base combines virtual teaching, cognitive teaching and practical training teaching, utilizing the advantages of VR technology to stimulate learning interest, expand students’ vision, and solve the problems of inadequate teaching content and single teaching means in traditional cognitive training base. The base has been built and put into use, which has gained some experience for the construction of cognitive training teaching laboratory.
