工程实践创新能力融合培养研究

Research on the Integrated Cultivation of Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability

  • 摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,针对工程实践创新能力培养中课程内容间联系松散、多学科资源整合不够等问题,对如何将课程思政融入知识、能力、创新进行融合培养,如何构建多学科交叉融合的教师团队、学科交叉融合的共享实践平台、学科交叉融合项目的培养驱动机制、多维融合的教学模式,进行了研究与探索。通过实践构建了“三耦四融”的工程实践创新人才一体化培养体系。实践结果表明,一体化的融合培养体系促进了学生创新思维、工程知识和实践动手能力的提高,对学生创新能力的提升起到很好的促进作用。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of the construction of emerging engineering education, in view of the problems of loose connection among curriculum contents and insufficient integration of multi-disciplinary resources in the cultivation of engineering practice innovation ability, this paper studies how to integrate ideological and political theories teaching into the cultivation of students’ knowledge, ability and innovation, how to build a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary teacher team, a shared practice platform for interdisciplinary integration, a training driving mechanism of interdisciplinary integration projects, and a multi-dimensional integration teaching mode. Thus, an integrated training system of “three coupling and four integrations” is constructed for engineering practice and innovative talents. The practice results show that this integrated training system promotes the improvement of students’ innovative thinking, engineering knowledge and practical ability, and plays a good role in promoting the improvement of students’ innovative ability.
