多学科交融、一体化设计在“材料腐蚀与防护”实验教学中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Blending and Integrated Design in Experimental Teaching of “Material Corrosion and Protection”

  • 摘要: 基于“材料腐蚀与防护”实验课程的特点和教学体会,以学院材料化学专业开设的“气体容量法测试金属的腐蚀速度”和“腐蚀体系的极化性能”实验为例,在教学理念、教学内容和教学手段上进行设计。将多学科交融教学内容融入实验中,并提出了实验内容一体化设计思路,使学生在实验过程中掌握腐蚀发生的条件、过程、机理以及防腐措施。实践证明,该教学模式改变了传统实验教学的单一性,提高了学生综合运用知识解决实际问题以及协作研究的能力。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics and teaching experience of the experimental course of “material corrosion and protection”, taking the experiment of “the corrosion rate of metal measured by gas capacity method” and “polarization test of corrosion system” as an example, the designs of teaching concept, teaching content and teaching means were carried out. The multi-disciplinary teaching contents were integrated into the experiments and the integrated design idea of experimental content was put forward. These were done in order to make students master the conditions, processes, mechanism and anti-corrosion measures of corrosion in the experiment. The practice shows that the teaching mode breaks the singleness of traditional experimental teaching and improves the students’ ability to use their knowledge to solve practical problems and collaborative research.
