  • 摘要: 大型仪器高成本的特性明确了其投入产出比的重要性。不断促进共享服务,提升大型仪器使用效益是提升仪器的利用率,实现资源优化配置的有效途径。近五年来,为适应校大型仪器设备使用效益评价体系,化工学院大型仪器测试平台不断推进仪器培训的力度和广度,在对外开放度、使用机时数和科研服务成果等方面取得显著成效。推进仪器共享服务可持续发展,关注管理技术人员的专业水准和职业发展,提升大型仪器共享开放的社会合作和公众效益。

     

    Abstract: The high cost of large-scale instruments clearly defines the importance of their input-output ratio.Continuously promoting shared-service and improving the use-efficiency of large-scale instruments is an effective way to advance the utilization and optimize the allocation of instrument resources. In the past five years, in order to adapt to the new benefit evaluation system of large-scale instruments, “985” large-scale instrument analysis center of Chemical Engineering School has provided continuous instrument training services and achieved remarkable results in terms of openness, operating hours and scientific research achievements. Moreover, we should pay more attention to the professional level and career development of managerial and technical staffs, and enhance the social cooperation and public benefits of large-scale instruments, which can promote the sustainable development of instrument shared-services.
