烃化油品电导率测试设备的研制

Research and Fabrication of a Device for Conductivity Measurement of Hydro-carboned Oil Products

  • 摘要: 航空煤油在运输过程中可能会带上静电电荷,可能引发火灾。因此需要快速测量出航空煤油电导率来避免产生意外事故。本文试制了一种可以快速地测量出油类电导率的便携设备。采用恒流源法,“分体设计、兼容对接”方式设计设备电路。作为电导池的探头和机体分离设计,该设备可以较高精度地可靠地测量出被测油品的电导率。使用3号航空煤油进行了一次设备的功能验证实验,实际测试结果显示设备可以有效地测量出航空煤油的电导率。

     

    Abstract: Aviation fuel may carry electrostatic charges during transportation, which may cause fires. Therefore, it is necessary to quickly measure the conductivity of aviation kerosene to avoid accidents. In this paper, a portable device that can quickly measure the conductivity of oils is produced. Using the constant current source method, we used the method of “split design and compatible docking” to design the circuit. The probe and body get a separation design. Device can measure the conductivity of tested oil with great accuracy. A set of testing experiments was conducted, and the results showed that the device could effectively measure the conductivity of aviation fuel.
