Abstract:
A new paradigm for CMOS integrated circuit teaching based on BGR chip design is proposed to address the issues of high difficulty in software usage and single teaching mode in experimental teaching of integrated circuit majors, combined with the requirements of professional training plans for course knowledge and abilities. This study adopts methods such as research analysis, survey questionnaire, theory+practice, and system evaluation to cultivate students' experimental skills, design ideas, EDA methods, and analytical methods, thereby improving their practical ability and innovative awareness in analog chip design. Teaching practice has shown that this teaching mode has achieved good teaching results in the practical teaching of integrated circuit talent cultivation.
