Abstract:
In order to deepen students’ understanding of the theoretical knowledge of electrical drive technology and permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) system, cultivate their cooperation ability and comprehensive practical ability, an experimental platform for PMSM DTC system has been established. HiGale semi physical simulation system and MATLAB have been introduced into the course teaching. Students are required to conduct simulation modeling, parameter debugging, operation, and analysis of the PMSM DTC system based on MATLAB, further conduct semi physical simulation experiments in HiGale, and analyze the main experimental processes and results. These make the teaching method more diverse, help students deepen their understanding of the DTC system, improve their ability to integrate theory with practice, and stimulate students’ interest in learning motor control technology.
