灭火剂流动与喷雾同步表征实验装置与教学设计

An Experimental Apparatus for Simultaneous Characterization of the Flow and Spray of Fire Suppressants and Its Teaching Mode Design

  • 摘要: 针对气体灭火剂肉眼不可见的特点,设计了灭火剂流动与喷雾同步可视化表征实验装置并开展实验教学。通过电容层析成像和激光阴影成像方法,直观显示灭火剂在管路内的流动形态及其在管路出口处的喷雾结构;同时采用高频温度和压力传感器,同步获取喷射系统内温度和压力的精细变化。基于该装置开展实验教学,帮助学生完整了解气体灭火剂的释放过程,掌握相关特性参数的测试方法,培养他们的学科交叉理念和协作创新精神。

     

    Abstract: An experimental apparatus and its teaching mode was designed for simultaneously visualizing the flow and the spray of gaseous fire suppressants, whose flow was complex and invisible. With electrical capacitance tomography and laser shadowgraphy, the flow pattern in the pipe and the structure of the spray out of the nozzle was visualized. Meanwhile, details of the temperature and pressure in the discharging system were acquired synchronously by the sensors with high sampling frequency. Experimental teaching was carried out based on the apparatus, in which the students could observe directly the discharging process of fire suppressants, master the measurement methods of the related key parameters and develop interdisciplinary concepts and innovative spirits.
